ROOBARB! – The mangy green mongrel with overactive imagination takes centre stage for the complete collection of his hair-brained schemes.

CUSTARD! – Roobarbs next door neighbour, a lazy and mischievous bright pink cat, whos always ready to poke fun at Roobarbs mishaps! And some rather excitable birds.

Johnny Hawksworths jangly theme music, Bob Godfreys wobbly animation and the voice-over by Richard Briers, these are all the hallmarks of the Roobarb and Custard animation series that hit our TV screens in 1974.

50 years on, Roobarb still captivates generations with four-and-a-half minutes of pulsating anarchic cartoon madness, all drawn with magic markers, that is just pure TV heaven!

Each fun-packed episode finds Roobarb going about some lunatic mission or other, closely watched by Custard from his spot on the garden fence. Theres always an audience to laugh at him when things go wrong…as they invariably do!

Enjoy now in all 30 episodes from the original 1974 series, now fully restored from the film negatives and sourced from high definition masters and all 39 Roobarb and Custard, Too episodes, made in 2005, again narrated by Richard Briers.
